Event Ticket Cancellation Policy

1. All Sales Final

Tickets purchased for this event are generally non-refundable. However, limited exceptions are available as outlined below.

2. Buyer Cancellation

If a buyer needs to cancel their ticket, the following applies:

Cancellation within 24 hours of purchase:

A full refund may be issued, provided the request is made at least 7 days before the event.
Cancellation after 24 hours of purchase:

No refund will be issued, but the buyer may choose one of the options below:

Transfer the ticket to another person.

Receive credit toward a future event (if applicable), subject to organizer approval.

3. Ticket Transfers

Tickets may be transferred to another attendee up to 48 hours before the event. The organizer must be informed of the new attendee’s details.

4. No-Show

If the buyer fails to attend the event without prior cancellation, the ticket is forfeited and no refund or credit will be provided.

5. Event Changes by Organizer

If the event is postponed, tickets remain valid for the new date.
If the event is canceled, buyers will receive a full refund including fees.

6. How to Request a Cancellation or Transfer

Please include your full name, order number, and the reason for the request.

Processing time may take 5–10 business days.
